1954 Margaret face Queen Elizabeth version produced one year only. This exquisitely beautiful doll is all original, crown to slippers. Original accessories include: the gold tone crown, studded with "emeralds" which is still in its factory attachment, pearl drop earrings, a white "fur" (Orlon) cape unique to this version, and the baby blue royal sash studded with jewels. Also she has her original: nylons, satin snap slippers, satin panties and the lovely satin boning enforced petticoat, all in lovely condition. Now for the doll herself: starting with a creamy complexion which perfectly matches her body, mint lashes and face paint with blush, finally her gorgeous hair which is still in its original set and ties,. Her high quality ivory brocade gown, of course, is tagged "Madame Alexander". |
